In order to create the opportunity for the fastest possible TAT the process by which the receiver of the equipment is asked to sign the T’s & C’s that commit them to a duty of care, and confirm that the equipment will be handed over for collection at the end of the evaluation, is as simple as a click on a hyperlink in an email, and a tick on a webpage confirming that the contact details we have are correct and that the T’s & C’s are OK. Many evaluations are signed up to within 10 minutes of the initial request being first received in THE AD EVALUATION TEAM , and there are date & time stamp measures that can confirm the actual TAT on any transaction.
