How we do it

Most  Technology manufacturers have chosen to outsource the processes around getting equipment out to Customers for review, and out for use at Events & Exhibitions. The major reason for outsourcing is that a large organisation finds it hard to organise all the aspects of the service and the infrastructure elements required into one organisation, and that is always going to lead to a process that is sub-optimal at best and completely out of control at worst, BECAUSE OF the gaps between the organisations involved and the difficulties involved in getting different organisations to work effectively as one.

Is that we are organised so that anyone in our organisation can see everything that is going on and the processes and systems are organised so that there is instant, accurate, real time feedback at every stage as activities go through to completion …. that means that everyone can check, when they need to, on every aspect of activity, and answer questions and set expectations accordingly. We have taken an obsessional attitude to tracking and tracing our stock items down to a very detailed level, not only to achieve control, but also to make it a service deliverable that sets our operation apart from the rest.

THE THIRD SECRET OF OUR SUCCESS ….  We have worked very hard to create a successful Sales channel and Rental base that has meant we have turned our hard work in delivering a service for Technology Manufacturer's Sales & Marketing teams, into a Commercial success for Added Dimension. Commercial viability is obviously important in every business, but in this case it has taken a whole additional amount of energy and effort to achieve it.. 

THE FOURTH SECRET OF OUR SUCCESS ….  is that we have always believed in openness… always believed that if we were to be given the opportunity to provide a service for major Technology brand that was actively involved right at coalface of their sales & marketing activity, then we absolutely had to be completely open, and provide complete access to information about everything that is going on. So this means a complete commitment to reporting at all sorts of levels, and web-access to the information about everything that is happening in the loan pool
