  • The form can be accessed by anybody who logs-in to the specific Brand’s Microsite… so a reseller identifying an opportunity can quickly go to the web and start the process off by giving a few details in the 10click data entry process. The form immediately creates a record on THE AD EVALUATION TEAM’s loan system

 

  •  If they have had the capability switched on, they can see real-time availability information, as well as full spec details in our SpecCheckerPLUS software….. this helps enormously with selecting what equipment would be best to try and put before the customer for them to evaluate.

 

  • The reseller can add, and other people can add, other names that become ‘The Team’ for this specific opportunity. The team member’s email addresses then become a distribution list for message traffic about this project, and the Web request form application has email options that make it easy to quickly send emails to all involved players.

 

  • Each client can determine their own rules & structure about who can authorise loans, and whether that is an ‘active’ or ‘passive’ process…. but just as soon as the authorisation is clear the loan will be actioned by THE AD EVALUATION Team member for this project, and clear expectations of when the customer will get the equipment will be set and communicated to all.

 

  • Any team member will be able to click on an email link to see the latest status of the equipment loan

 

  • Any person involved with loan activity can see all  the loans that they have been involved with by going to the ‘My Loans’ section of the Client's Microsite, and drill down into the key details of each.
