Whilst there are, in the broad sweep of the IT marketplace, a plethora of agencies and partners, acting independently in their own names, but strongly supporting the Technology Manufacturers sales activities, there are advantages for a Technology Manufacturer when a service that is closely involved with its Sales & Marketing teams is presented in a way that aligns itself closely with the Manufacturer’s brand… particularly if the professionalism of the service execution reflects well on the Brand.

So THE EVALUATION TEAM is a branded service operating as the HP Evaluation Team, or the SAMSUNG Evaluation Team, or the LENOVO Evaluation Team etc etc and utilises html branded emails with an address structure like name@hp.evaluationteam.co.uk or name@samsung.evaluationteam.co.uk or name@lenovo.evaluationteam.co.uk. For each client there’s a team of Brand aligned Account managers presenting themselves verbally and via email as part of the Manufacturer’s Evaluation Team using a full suite of Branded Email ‘process communication'.

Loan sign-up by an evaluation equipment receiver is a simple web based tick-box process, on a suitably branded web page.

As part of the Added Dimension web presence we offer each Client a Branded Microsite. This is a webportal that allows client personnel to review their individual “My loans” information, and allows them to generate reports, review availability, and initiate loan requests. It also caters for IT Professionals to communicate their interest in an evaluation, and we work with each client on an appropriate handling of these enquiries.
