EX-DEMO DISTRIBUTION SALES
Fundamentally AD Sales operates as a Distributor, selling to Resellers… rather than attempting “to own” the IT Procurement and Support relationship with a series of END USER CUSTOMER / BUSINESS accounts.
We differentiate ourselves completely from the mainstream BroadLine distributors because primarily we are distributing slightly used products, at price points well below that possible in BroadLine distribution, but which reflect the condition of the equipment we are bringing to market.
Typically the equipment we are listing for sale has been managed by us from new, and was 1st sourced by us from the Vendor direct as new, or (at their request) via their distribution partners, for the purpose of being part of an Evaluation or Loan pool .Because we know the full history of the usage of the unit, and the Top quality condition it is in, we elect to classify this equipment as “E-VAL-U” (see below)
We have inventory that finishes its life in an evaluation pool in less than than perfect condition due to some excessive wear that it has been subject to…. This is advertised as B grade stock, is priced accordingly and is supported by a gallery of photographs, to show any blemishes.

After a number of sales transactions, and subject to satisfactory financial information, we are prepared to consider 15 day credit accounts

We are prepared to ship to our customer’s customer, and remove all signs of our branding from our paperwork.

We operate a returns policy if equipment fails within 5 days post shipment, and unless otherwise stated all equipment we sell is supported by the manufacturer’s warranty support processes.

All Evaluation Equipment starts off as a Brand New unit, in normal fully branded packaging

In the vast majority of cases Evaluation Equipment finishes its life’s spell in an Evaluation pool in very good condition, if it’s a computer it will have a fresh as new image, if it’s a printer there will have been some consumable usage, (the extent of which we will be happy to advise) , all box contents in place, still in the original box, but there probably are some signs of wear and tear on the packaging, reflecting that it has been managed through transport networks a couple of times
THIS THEN IS E-VAL-U EQUIPMENT, a high quality, slightly used, product where the life history of the unit is known, including knowing that the unit has been checked regularly, offered at a substantial reduction vs the price of an equivalent new unit bought thro Distribution.
